Welcome to the Australian Teachers of Meditation Association Inc (ATMA)

The Australian Teachers of Meditation Association Inc (ATMA) is Australia's national association and umbrella body for meditation teachers from all traditions teaching all styles of meditation.

Whether you are a person interested in learning about meditation and looking for an accredited teacher, or a meditation teacher looking for accreditation, representation and networking opportunities, you'll find what you need through ATMA. ATMA members are leaders in the meditation community for teaching and promoting the many benefits of meditation.

Events and Happenings

There will be an 'OPEN  MEDITATION' led by Pauline McKinnon on Friday 20th August at GITA International. The program is an introductory talk followed by a group meditation. All members and their friends are welcome to attend. This is a great way to introduce potential new members to ATMA  and to network with your fellow teachers.

Our ATMA meeting on Friday 15th October will be our first ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. Please mark your diaries and plan to attend. The meeting will be held at 7pm at Gita International, 16 Hoddle st  Abottsford.
